At the 2nd session of the 2025 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of Bera Holding A.Ş., held on June 22, 2026, it was resolved to select Eren Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. as the independent audit firm to audit the financial reports for the 2026 fiscal period. The resolutions adopted at the General Assembly Meeting were registered by the Konya Trade Registry Directorate on June 24, 2026, and the registration was announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated June 24, 2026, numbered 11608.
