In line with the works carried out within the scope of the Decor Paper Investment, Energy, and Steam Production Facility Integrated Project planned in the area declared as the 'Konya Kağıt Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi İzmir Special Industrial Zone' located in the Torbalı District of İzmir Province, which was previously disclosed to the public via the material disclosures of our subsidiary Konya Kağıt Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. dated 12.03.2026 and 02.07.2026, negotiations have commenced with Germany-based Voith GmbH & Co. KGaA regarding the supply of the paper machine and auxiliary equipment to be used in the investment.

Within the scope of the aforementioned negotiations, evaluations concerning the technical specifications, production capacity, commercial terms, and implementation schedule of the paper machine and auxiliary equipment to be utilized in the investment are ongoing.

Developments regarding the investment process will continue to be shared with the public and our investors within the framework of the relevant legislation.
