Şirketimizin 25.03.2026 tarihli Kar Payı Dağıtım İşlemlerine İlişkin KAP açıklamasında yer alan kâr payı dağıtım tablosunda, 31.12.2025 tarihi itibarıyla belirtilen ödenmiş/çıkarılmış sermaye tutarı revize edilmiştir.
İlgili tabloda yer alan ödenmiş/çıkarılmış sermaye tutarı 300.000.000 TL yerine 385.499.653 TL olarak düzeltilmiştir.
Yapılan bu düzeltme dışında söz konusu açıklamada yer alan diğer bilgilerde herhangi bir değişiklik bulunmamakta olup, alınan Yönetim Kurulu kararını ve kâr dağıtımına ilişkin sonucu etkilememektedir.
