Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu tarafından 08.08.2025 tarihinde şirket merkezinde toplanılarak aşağıdaki kararlar alınmıştır.

1. Şirketimizin çevresel, sosyal ve kurumsal yönetişim (ÇSY) alanlarındaki sürdürülebilirlik stratejilerinin belirlenmesi, bu stratejilere uygun politika ve hedeflerin geliştirilmesi, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından yayımlanan Sürdürülebilirlik İlkeleri Uyum Çerçevesi 'ne uygun planların oluşturulması, bu planların uygulanmasının izlenmesi, değerlendirilmesi ve gerekli iyileştirmelerin yapılması görevlerini yerine getirmek üzere "Sürdürülebilirlik Komitesi" kurulmasına,

2. Sürdürülebilirlik Komitesi'nin görev, yetki ve sorumlulukları ile çalışma usul ve esaslarının ekte sunulan "Sürdürülebilirlik Komitesi Görev ve Çalışma Esasları" dokümanına uygun olarak belirlenmesine,

3. Sürdürülebilirlik Komitesi'nde aşağıda yer alan kişilerin görevlendirilmesine,

oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.

Bu özel durum açıklaması Türkçe ve İngilizce hazırlanmış olup iki metin arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

08.08 2025, the Board of Directors of our Company convened at the company headquarters and adopted the following resolutions:

1. In order to determine the Company's sustainability strategies in the areas of environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG); to develop policies and objectives aligned with these strategies; to establish plans in accordance with the Sustainability Principles Compliance Framework published by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB); and to monitor, evaluate, and make necessary improvements regarding the implementation of such plans, it has been resolved to establish a Sustainability Committee.

2. It has been further resolved that the duties, authorities, responsibilities, and working principles and procedures of the Sustainability Committee shall be defined in accordance with the attached document titled "Sustainability Committee Duties and Working Principles",

3. The following individuals have been appointed as members of the Sustainability Committee:

Chairperson of the Committee:

· Independent Board Member – Gül SAĞIR AYDIN

Committee Members:

· Board Member – Volkan OKULLU

· Executive – Mehmet OKULLU

· Accounting Manager – Gamze Emel KENDİGELEN

· Production Manager – Merve UZUN

· Investor Relations Manager – Funda BAŞLAMA

· Production Planning Chief – Hande YÜCE

The decision has been taken unanimously.

This material event disclosure has been prepared in both Turkish and English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.
