Şirketimize yapılan bildirime ilişkin yazı örneği ekte sunulmaktadır. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.		Our Company has been informed that one of our shareholders, Mr. Cem OKULLU, submitted an application to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) on September 24, 2025 (today), requesting the approval of the "Share Sales Information Form" prepared for the purpose of converting B Group shares with a nominal value of TRY 28,140,000, which he holds within the issued capital of our Company, into shares tradable on the stock exchange and their subsequent sale. A copy of the notification submitted to our Company is attached. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
