Yönetim Kurulumuz, 2017 yılında oluşan net kar' ın ana sözleşmemizin 20.maddesi uyarınca ekteki tabloda belirtildiği şekilde nakden dağıtılmasına karar vermiş olup , kar dağıtım teklifi ve 31.05.2018 tarihinden geç olmamak kaydıyla kar dağıtım tarihinin belirlenmesi için Yönetim Kurulu' nun yetkilendirilmesi hususlarının Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar vermiştir.
Buna göre, 1 TL'lik nominal değerli hisse için brüt 0,2524 -TL (net 0.2146-TL) nakit temettü ödenmesine, nakit olarak dağıtılacak toplam brüt temettünün 20.194.662,70-TL olarak gerçekleşmesine karar vermiştir.
