At the meeting of our Board of Directors held on March 23, 2026; based on the Company's financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year, prepared in accordance with Turkish Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards pursuant to capital markets legislation, a net profit of 7,371,193.00 TL was recorded; However, based on the records under the Turkish Tax Procedure Code, a net period loss of 3,176,835.28 TL was recorded. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code, Capital Markets Legislation, our Company's Articles of Association, and the Dividend Distribution Policy, the General Assembly has approved the following regarding the Company's 2025 fiscal year: no dividend distribution, the allocation of the net distributable profit to extraordinary reserves, and the approval of the attached Dividend Distribution Table.
