2016 yılı faaliyet döneminde Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre -4.304.747-TL ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (II-14.1) Nolu Tebliğine göre ise -5.533.491 -TL (vergi sonrası -5.318.126-TL) dönem karı/zararı oluşmuştur.

Kar payı dağıtımı yapılmamasına ilişkin hususun 2016 yılına ait Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında, ortakların bilgisine ve Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.

The Independent Audit Report and the financial statements for the fiscal year of 2016 shall be read and discussed.

According to the Tax Procedure Law the amount of -4.304.747-TL and according to the Communiqué numbered (II-14.1) issued by Capital Market Board the amount of -5.533.491-TL (post tax -5.318.126-TL) annual profit/loss for the activity year of 2016 has been realized.

It has been decided that the matter of the non- distribution of the dividend shall be submitted to the information and approval of the shareholders in the General Assembly Meeting.
