2017 yılı faaliyet döneminde Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre vergi öncesi 13.512.898-TL (vergi sonrası 12.915.668,52) ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (II-14.1) Nolu Tebliğine göre vergi öncesi 10.527.149 -TL (vergi sonrası 11.133.544-TL) dönem karı oluşmuştur. Oluşan dönem karının geçmiş yıllar zararlarına mahsup edilmesine karar vermiştir.
Kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına ilişkin hususun 2017 yılına ait Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında, ortakların bilgisine ve Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
