Vergi Usul Kanununa göre 2023 yılı içerisinde 82.721.211,38 -TL (vergi sonrası 61.649.278,29 -TL), Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri XI, No:29 sayılı tebliğine göre 84.008.991 -TL (vergi sonrası 116.714.742 -TL), vergi öncesi dönem karı oluşmuştur. Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Tebliğleri ve Şirket Esasa Sözleşmesinin kar dağıtım maddesi gereğince, Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre oluşan;

* Şirket yasal kayıtlarında görünen -1.126.020,58-TL tutarındaki geçmiş yıllar zararının 2023 net dönem karından mahsubuna,

* 2023 kar tutarı üzerinden ise %5 oranında 3.082.463,91 TL tutarında I. Tertip Yedek akçe ayrılmasına,

* Kalan 57.440.793,80-TL'nin 10.000.000-TL Brüt Nakit temettü verilmesine,

* Tüm bu işlemlerden sonra bakiye 47.440.793,80-TL net kar tutarının ise dağıtıma konu edilmeyerek, Olağanüstü yedeklere alınmasına, karar verilmiştir.
