At the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors held on 22.11.2022, it has been decided to establish a new company named Esenboğa Batarya Sistemleri ve Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş, with a capital of TRY 10,000,000 , as a 100% subsidiary of our Company.

Our company, which plans to invest in battery-equipped solar power plants and electricity generation based on renewable energy sources, the paid-in capital has been increased from TRY 10,000,000 to TRY 100,000,000 in cash.

The capital increase transactions were registered on 24.05.2024 and announced in the Trade Registry Gazette dated 24.05.2024 and numbered 11089.
