As stated in our disclosure dated 05.07.2022, within the scope of turnkey contracting activities for solar power plants carried out by our company, a contract was signed between Esenboğa Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. and Ark İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., a company within the Koç Group, for the installation of the "Rooftop and Facade Self-Consumption Solar Power Plant" of Ford Otomotiv Sanayi A.Ş., with a value of 2,655,000 Euros excluding VAT.

The installation of the ROOFTOP SOLAR POWER PLANT, which is the subject of the contract, has been completed, and TEDAŞ acceptance has been finalized. The plant has commenced energy production.

The project has been implemented as a rooftop and facade solar power plant at the Resource Building of the Yeniköy Facilities, located within the Başiskele district of Kocaeli Province, under the management of Ford Otomotiv Sanayi A.Ş. Advanced transparent solar panels were utilized on the side facade, allowing sunlight to illuminate the interior while simultaneously generating electricity.
