According to the November 2024 report on the Charging Services Market Monthly Statistics published by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK), the number of electric vehicles in Turkey has increased significantly over the past three years (2021-2024), rising from 7,694 to 167,519 in November 2024, representing a growth rate of 2077%. Based on these statistics, it is projected that charging services will continue to grow at an accelerated pace in the coming years.

In this context, it has been decided to start discussions with relevant companies for the purpose of investing, acquiring, or forming partnerships with companies that manufacture charging network stations, provide installation and repair maintenance services for these networks, maintain battery systems and next-generation electric motors of electric vehicles, set up electric vehicle charging stations and produce software solutions for these services, develop software for charging networks and electric vehicle systems, and operate in e-charging payment systems.
