According to the December 2024 report of the "Monthly Statistics on the Charging Service Market" published by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK), the number of electric vehicles in Turkey has increased from 7,694 in 2021 to 185,513 in December 2024, marking a remarkable 2,311% growth over the past three years. Based on these statistics, it is anticipated that the charging services sector will continue to grow exponentially in the coming years.

As stated in our Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) announcement dated January 23, 2025, we have decided to initiate discussions with companies that manufacture charging network stations, provide assembly and maintenance services for these networks, develop battery systems and next-generation electric motors for electric vehicles, install EV charging stations, produce software solutions for these services, develop software for charging networks and electric vehicle systems, and operate in e-charging payment systems, with the aim of investing in, acquiring, or partnering with these firms.

Within this scope, negotiations have commenced to invest in and form a partnership with EGaraj Elektrikli Taşıtlar Danışmanlık ve Servis Hizmetleri A.Ş., Turkey's first company providing end-to-end services in the field of electric vehicles. EGaraj operates in the sale of electric vehicles, offers service, maintenance, and technical support for their electronic components and batteries, and provides solutions for the evolving e-mobility ecosystem, including software, hardware, charging equipment, and payment systems. The partnership aims to facilitate joint investments in these areas.It is respectfully announced to the public and our investors.
