At the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors held on 03.07.2024;

It was resolved to transfer 75% of the shares representing the capital of our wholly owned subsidiary, Esenboğa Batarya Sistemleri ve Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş., to Naturel Holding A.Ş.

The aforementioned share transfer was registered on 11.07.2025.

In addition, the trade name of the company, previously "Esenboğa Batarya Sistemleri ve Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş." , was changed to " Naturel ChargeN Elektrik A.Ş ." , and this name change was registered on 11.07.2025 and announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 14.07.2025 and numbered 11371.
