At the meeting of our Board of Directors dated March 3, 2026,

It was resolved to relocate the Company's registered head office from its current address at Kızılırmak Mahallesi, 1450 Sokak, ATM Plaza B Blok N1/67, Çankaya/ANKARA to the following new address: Next Level Loft Ofis, Kızılırmak Mahallesi, Ufuk Üniversitesi Caddesi N4/68, Floors 25/26, Çankaya/ANKARA, and to complete the necessary registration and announcement procedures in this regard.
