9.430.001,69 TL'sinin birinci tertip yasal yedek olarak ayrılmasına,
b.
23.759.388,43 TL'sinin 30 Eylül 2024 ve 31 Ekim 2024 tarihlerinde 2 eşit taksitte ödenmek üzere nakit karpayı olarak pay sahiplerine dağıtılması
ve dağıtılacak kar tutarının dağıtım tarihlerini koşullara uygun şekilde değiştirme yetkisinin Yönetim Kurulu'na verilmesine,
c.
190.000.000 TL'sinin sermayeye ilave edilerek bedelsiz hisse senedi olarak pay sahiplerine dağıtılmasına,
