Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından uygun görülerek 06.02.2025 tarihli 2025/7 sayılı bülteni ile duyurulmuş ve ekte yer alan ihraç belgesi ve Esas Sözleşme sermaye maddesi onaylanmıştır.
Ayrıca sermaye artırımına ilişkin esas sözleşme maddesinin tadili 03.03.2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve 03.03.2025 tarih ve 11283 sayılı Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir.
