-Unofficial Translation-

As a result of the search for new products, new production-sales-distribution relations/regions, new partnerships and cooperations in line with its growth and innovation strategies, our company Gen İlaç ve Sağlık Ürünleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (" GEN ") signed an agreement (" Agreement ") on 25.01.2022 to be a shareholder of the Neo Auvra Dijital Sağlık ve Biyonik Teknolojileri ve Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (" Neo Auvra") which produces cyber-physical systems and technologies for digital holistic health, digital medicine and digital therapeutics. Acoording to the Agreement GEN, will be shareholder by joining capital increase.

According to the terms of the Agreement, GEN will become a 9.09% shareholder in Neo Auvra with payment amounting to USD 1,200,000.00

With this investment, GEN contributed both to its own growth and to the development of the investment ecosystem in the field of health technologies in our country.
