oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		GEN'in %66 oranında hissedarı olduğu Gen Pharma Caucasus Manufacturing Operations MMC tarafından kurulacak olan Azerbaycan'ın ilk ilaç üretim tesisinin temel atma töreni 07/12/2023 tarihinde Bakü'de gerçekleştirildi. Azerbaycan Devleti tarafından tahsis edilen Pirallahi Industrial Zone içersisindeki 52,000 m2 alanda şirketin sahip olacağı ve işleteceği tesisin ilk fazında yaklaşık 36 milyon Amerikan Doları tutarında bir yatırımla hayata geçirilmesi planlanıyor. Tesis, tamamen ithalata dayalı 900 milyon dolarlık Azerbaycan ilaç pazarında ilk yerli üretici olarak faaliyet gösterecek. Üretim tesisinin inşaat süreci yaklaşık 24 ay sürecek olup, bu sürenin sonunda ilk fazın tamamlanması ve ilaç üretim faaliyetlerinin başlaması öngörülmektedir. Tesisin birinci fazı için planlanan kapalı alanı 14.000 metrekare olup 550 milyon adet tablet, film tablet, sert jelatin kapsül, yumuşak jelatin kapsül, toz süspansiyon, saşe ve likit tip olmak üzere tek vardiyada yıllık 50 milyon kutu ilaç üretilmesi hedefleniyor. Projeye ve sürece ilişkin olarak ortaya çıkabilecek yeni gelişmeler SPK II-15.1 Özel Durumlar Tebliği uyarınca kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır.		-Unofficial Translation- The groundbreaking ceremony of Azerbaijan's first drug manufacturing facility, which will be established by Gen Pharma Caucasus Manufacturing Operations MMC, in which GEN is a 66% shareholder, was held in Baku on 07/12/2023. The facility, which will be owned and operated by the company on an area of ​​52,000 m2 within the Pirallahi Industrial Zone allocated by the State of Azerbaijan, is planned to be built with an investment of approximately 36 million US dollars in its first phase. The facility will operate as the first domestic drug producer in the 900 million  US dollars Azerbaijani pharmaceutical market, which is entirely based on imports. The construction process of the production facility will last approximately 24 months, and at the end of this period, the first phase is expected to be completed and pharmaceutical production activities will begin. The covered area planned for the first phase of the facility is 14,000 square meters and it is aimed to produce 50 million boxes of medicine annually in a single shift, including 550 million tablets, film tablets, hard gelatin capsules, soft gelatin capsules, powder suspensions, sachets and liquid types.
