30.11.2022 tarihinde "SPINRAZA" adlı SMA İlacının ülkemizde şirketimiz adına ruhsatlandığı kamuoyuna duyurulmuştu. ( https://www.kap.org.tr/tr/Bildirim/1083111)

14.12.2023 tarihinde söz konusu ilaca yönelik olarak Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu ("SGK") ile Gen İlaç ve Sağlık Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("GEN") arasında Alternatif Geri Ödeme Sözleşmesi imzalanmıştır.

Sözleşmenin yürürlük tarihi 14.12.2023 olup, sözleşmede belirtilen sayıda ilacın SGK'ya temini ile sözleşme sona erecektir. Söz konusu sözleşmenin şirketimiz satışlarına katkısının yaklaşık 800.000.000 – 850.000.000 Türk Lirası aralığında olması beklenmektedir.

Sözleşmenin süresi belli sayıda ilacın temini ile sınırlandırılmış olduğundan, ülkemizdeki hasta sayısı ve tedavi devamlılığı göz önünde bulundurulduğunda, 2024 yılı içerisinde yeni bir sözleşme daha yapılması beklenmektedir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, metinler arasında herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama metni esas kabul edilecektir.

Registration of SMA Drug named as "Spinraza" on behalf of our Company in our country was disclosed on 30.11.2023 ( https://www.kap.org.tr/en/Bildirim/1083111 ).

Alternative Reimbursement Contract has signed between Sosyal Security Institution of Türkiye ("SGK") and Gen İlaç ve Sağlık Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("GEN") regarding this drug on 14.12.2023.

The effective date of the contract is 14.12.2023, and the contract will end with the supply of the number of drugs specified in the contract to SGK. It is expected that the contribution of this contract to total sales of our company would be between TL 800.000.000 and 850.000.000.

Term of the contract is limited with supply of the determined number of drugs and considering the number of the patients in our country and continuation of the treatment signature of another contract in 2024 is expected.
