On 06.09.2023 disclosed by our company with Material Event Disclosure for solar power plant project in Yozgat province Akdağmadeni district that Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change General Directorate of Environmental Impact Assessment Permission and Audit anounced Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process was started for the subjected Project. It was disclosed that assessment is not necessary (EIA)  decision was made by Yozgat Governorship Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change on 13.09.2024 for one of the facilities to be established on three plots of land. ( https://www.kap.org.tr/en/Bildirim/1194729 )

For the other two plots, it was disclosed that assessment is not necessary (EIA) decision was made by Yozgat Governorship Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change on 16.05.2024. The relevant announcement can be accessed from the link below.
