Our company announced via KAP (Public Disclosure Platform) on November 20, 2024, that the EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) process had commenced by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, General Directorate of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permitting and Inspection, on November 20, 2024, in accordance with Article 16 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation, regarding the Solar Power Plant (SPP) project planned to be constructed on the land located at Kumrular Quarter, Island 102, Parcels 61-683-684 New (Island 102, Parcel 874), Babaeski district of Kırklareli province.

As a result of the evaluation conducted, an "EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) is not required" decision has been made for the Gen İlaç Babaeski SPP (2.475 MWe/2.93706 MWm-3.79 ha) project.

New developments regarding the project and the process will be shared with the public in accordance with the regulations the CMB of Türkiye II-15.1 Material Events Disclosure Comminuque.
