Additional Explanations

21 Aralık 2021 tarihinde Yönetim Kurulumuzun almış olduğu karar gereğince;

Şirketimiz 2021 yılı içinde iki adet pay geri alım programı kararı almıştır. Birinci pay geri alım programı kapsamında 14.250.000 adet pay (sermaye oranı %5) için 38.452.979,49,-TL iç kaynak kullanılarak geri alım işlemleri tamamlanmış ve 10.11.2021 tarihinde program sonlandırılmış ve aynı tarihte KAP'da yatırımcılarımızın bilgisine sunulmuştur.

İkinci pay geri alım programı kapsamında 12.000.000 adet pay (sermaye oranı %4,21) için 36.547.020,51.-TL kaynak ayrılmıştır. Bu programı kapsamında toplam 9.315.521 adet pay (sermaye oranı %3,27) 21.931.761,25.-TL iç kaynak kullanılarak geri alım yapılmış ve ikinci pay geri alım programı 26.05.2022 Genel Kurul tarihi itibariyle sonlandırılmıştır.

Bu çerçevede toplam 23.565.521 adet pay 60.384.740,70 TL bedel ile geri alınmıştır.
