5411 sayılı Bankacılık Kanunu'nun 17. maddesi uyarınca Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu'na (BDDK) nakden taahhüt edilen sermaye tutarının incelenmesi ve görüş verilmesine ilişkin yapılan başvurumuz neticesinde, BDDK tarafından Bankamız sermayesinin 420.000.000-TL'den 860.000.000-TL'ye artırılmasına ilişkin işlemlerin tekemmül ettirilmesinde bir sakınca bulunmadığı yönünde görüş bildirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda, tescil işlemlerine 14.06.2017 tarihi itibariyle başlanılacaktır.
