Yönetim Kurulu'nun 27.04.2021 tarihli kararı ile Şirketimizin 50.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, 10.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin tamamı nakden karşılanmak suretiyle, 40.000.000 TL (% 400 oranında) artırılarak 50.000.000 TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin olarak 29.04.2021 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bulunulmuştur.
Yapmış olduğumuz başvurunun Kurul'un 24.06.2021 tarihli ve 2021/31 sayılı Bülteni'nde onaylandığı duyurulmuştur.
