Yönetim Kurulu'nun 09.02.2024 tarihli kararı ile Şirketimizin 250.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, 50.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin tamamı nakden karşılanmak suretiyle, 100.000.000 TL (% 200 oranında) artırılarak 150.000.000 TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin olarak 25.03.2024 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bulunulmuştur.
