2023 yılı hesap dönemine ait Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (II-14.1) sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" çerçevesinde hazırlanan ve Karar Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 6.456.629 TL
"Net Dönem Zararı" ve Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) hükümleri gereğince hazırlanan gelir tablosuna göre 8.811.758,35 TL "Net Dönem Zararı" oluşmuştur.
2023 yılı faaliyetlerinden VUK esaslarına göre dağıtılabilir herhangi bir kar oluşmaması nedeniyle kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına ve ekte düzenlenen "2023 Yılı Kar Dağıtım Tablosu"nun kabul edilmesine,
İşbu teklif; 21.08.2024 tarihinde yapılan 2023 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmuş olup 13.673.437 kabul oyu ile kabul edilmiştir.
