Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından 19.01.2018 tarihinde esas sözleşme değişikliği ve sermaye artımına ilişkin kararı onaylanmış olup, onaylı esas sözleşme ve karar ektedir.
Sermaye artırımının tamamlandığına dair esas sözleşme ve karar bugün (29.01.2018) İstanbul Ticaret Sicilinde tescil edilerek süreç tamamlanmıştır.
