Yönetim Kurulumuzun bugün (28.03.2018) yapılan toplantısında;
Şirketimizin 2017 yılı hesap dönemi sonunda;
Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği II-14.1 sayılı Tebliği gereğince TMS/TFRS Standartları'na göre hazırlanan konsolide bilançomuzda net dönem zararı 2.171.748 TL'dir.
Konsolide olmayan V.U.K. hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş yasal kayıtlarımızda ise 498.802,20 TL net dönem zararı mevcuttur.
Gerek mevzuat, gerekse esas sözleşmemiz ve kar dağıtım politikamız gereği kar dağıtımı yapılmaması hususunda, Genel Kurulun bilgilendirilmesine,
Karar verilmiştir.
