Şirketimizin 10 Haziran 2019 tarihinde yapılan 2018 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında;

2018 yılı dönem sonucu ile ilgili kamuya daha önce açıklanmış olan Yönetim Kurulu önerisi Genel Kurul'un görüşüne sunuldu.

Şirketimizin 2018 yılı hesap dönemi sonunda;

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği II-14.1 Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği II-14.1 sayılı Tebliği gereğince TMS/TFRS Standartları'na göre hazırlanan konsolide bilançomuzda net dönem zararı 1.773.039 TL'dir.

Konsolide olmayan V.U.K. hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş yasal kayıtlarımızda ise 911.901,02 TL net dönem zararı mevcuttur.

Gerek mevzuat, gerekse esas sözleşmemiz ve kar dağıtım politikamız gereği kar dağıtımı yapılmaması hususundaki Yönetim Kurulu önerisi toplantıya katılanların oy çokluğuyla kabul edildi.

İhlas Gayrimenkul Proje Geliştirme ve Ticaret A.Ş. nin 2018 Yılı Kar Payı Dağıtım Tablosu ekte sunulmaktadır.
