2023 Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı gündeminin on birinci maddesi uyarınca, 31.12.2023 tarihi itibarıyla VUK kayıtlarına göre hazırlanan mali tabloların enflasyon endekslemesi sonucunda oluşan 185.998.608,69 TL Geçmiş Yıllar Zararlar hesabının, aynı kapsamda endeksleme sonucu oluşan sermaye hesabı enflasyon düzeltmesi olumlu farklarından mahsup edilmesi, 20.06.2024 tarihinde KAP'ta açıklandığı üzere Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenen mali tablolarımızda enflasyon düzeltilmiş hali ile yer alan net dönem kârı ile geçmiş yıl kârı olmadığından, TMS/TFRS finansal tablolar kapsamında kar payı dağıtımı yapılmaması ve bu zararın geçmiş yıl zararları hesabında takip edilmesi hususu oylamaya
sunuldu.
Yapılan oylama neticesinde 137.117.324 adet kabul oyuna karşılık 0 adet ret oyu ile oy birliği ile karar verildi.
