Şirketimizin 2024 yılı faaliyetlerinden 40.872.389 TL zarar etmiş olması ve 46.036.049 TL tutarında geçmiş yıllar zararının bulunması hususları dikkate alınarak gerek mevzuat gerek esas sözleşmemiz ve kâr dağıtım politikamız çerçevesinde kâr dağıtımı yapılmaması hususunun 2024 Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı gündemine koyulmak suretiyle Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına oybirliği ile karar verilmişti. 04.07.2025 tarihinde yapılan Genel Kurul toplantısında, kâr payı dağıtılmamasına karar verilmiştir.
