Based on the decision of Board of Directors dated 31.01.2024 and numbered 2024/03,

In order to provide additional savings and efficiency by simplifying affiliate structure, it has been decided to sell total of 765,000 share (%51) the company held in Intranet Yazılım A.Ş. for a total amount of TRY 1,500,000 to Prokon Net Bilişim Organizasyon Turizm Reklam İnşaat Ticaret Limited Şirketi in a way that TRY 500,000 to be collected in cash and the remaining TRY 1,000,000 to be collected on 01.06.2024
