On the 2024 Extraordinary General Assembly of the company's %51 subsidiary Karmasis Bilişim Çözümleri Ticaret A.Ş, it has been approved to amend its articles of association regarding the increase of the existing capital of 5,000,000 TL to 150,000,000 TL with an increase of 145,000,000 TL and cover the total amount from the company's internal resource funds that can be added to the capital. The aforementioned registration application is made to Ankara Chamber of Commerce (ATO) on 19.07.2024 (today).
