Şirket Yönetim Kurulumuzun bugün ( 30.03.2022) yapılan toplantısında;
Şirketimizin 31.12.2021 tarihi itibariyle; Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri: II-14.1 "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" hükümleri gereğince, Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu (KGK) tarafından yayımlanmış TMS/TFRS hükümlerine göre hazırlanan ve bağımsız denetimden geçen finansal tablolarında net dağıtılabilir dönem karının 20.411.820 TL,
V.U.K. hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş yasal kayıtlara göre hazırlanmış finansal tablolarında ise net dağıtılabilir dönem karının 25.880.593,43 TL olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Yapılması planlanan yatırımların finansmanında Özkaynak desteği olarak kullanılması ve buna istinaden 2021 yılında kar dağıtılmaması kararı alınmış olup, ilgili hususun 2021 yılı için yapılacak Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında paydaşlarımıza teklifte bulunulmasına, karar verilmiştir.
Kâr dağıtım önerimize ilişkin tablo ekte yer almaktadır.
