Şirketimizin 30.05.2023 tarhinde yapılan 2022 yılına ilişkin olağan genel kurul toplantısında, Yönetim kurulumuzun 02.05.2023 tarihli kararı ile Sermaye Piyasası düzenlemeleri çerçevesinde hazırlanan 01.01.2022-31.12.2022 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 2022 yılında net dönem kârının 100.674.223 TL olduğu, Vergi Usul Kanununa göre hazırlanan mali tablolarda ise 84.104.859,95 -TL olduğu dikkate alınarak, Şirketimizin esas sözleşmesi ve kâr dağıtım politikası kapsamında; brüt 14.380.660,53 TL (ondörtmilyonüçyüzseksenbinaltıyüzaltmış TL- elliüçkuruş ) tutarındaki kârın ortaklarımıza dağıtılmasına, yasal kayıtlarımıza göre oluşan kârdan nakden dağıtılması öngörülen kar payı ile Türk Ticaret Kanununa göre ayrılması zorunlu genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedeklere aktarılmasına ilişkin önerisi ile kâr dağıtım tarihinin 12.06.2023 olarak tarihinin belirlenmesi oy birliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
