Tertip Yedek Akçe ayrılmasından sonra kalan karın; şirketimizin 2019 yılı içerisinde geçmiş yıl karlarından bedelsiz sermaye artışı yapmış olması ve şirketin mevcut ticari ve finansal borçlarının ödenmesi ve yapılan yatırımlarla artan kapasite nedeniyle yüksek üretim sezonundaki nakit ihtiyaçları gözetilerek ve Koronavirüs (Covid-19) gelişmeleri nedeniyle ihtiyatlılık prensibi ile finansal yapısının da güçlendirilmesi amacıyla Geçmiş Yıl Karlarına aktarılmasına ve 2019 yılı için kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına ve konunun Genel Kurul onayına sunulmasına katılanların oybirliğiyle karar vermiştir.
