Tertip Yedek Akçe ayrılmasından sonra kalan kârın; şirketin mevcut ticari ve finansal borçlarının ödenmesi, ihtiyatlılık prensibi ile finansal yapısının güçlendirilmesi ve ileriye yönelik yatırım planları dolayısıyla nakit ihtiyaçları gözetilerek, Geçmiş Yıl Kârlarına aktarılmasına ve 2023 yılı için kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına ve konunun Genel Kurul onayına sunulmasına katılanların oy birliğiyle karar vermiştir.
