Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu;
Net dönem karından, Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı ve Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesi hükümleri ile Kar Dağıtım Politikası'na uygun olarak, yasal yükümlülükler düşüldükten sonra ulaşılan net dağıtılabilir dönem karı SPK'ya göre 0,00 TL, yasal kayıtlara göre ise 0,00 TL olup bu sebeple kar dağıtılmamasına,
Tüm bu hususların, Şirketimizin 2023 yılına ait Olağan Genel Kurulu toplantısında pay sahiplerimizin onayına sunulmasına, katılanların oy birliğiyle karar vermiştir
