The 2-year lease term of 27 residential units, previously rented to our subsidiary Kuzu Otel İşletmeciliği ve Gayrimenkul Yatırımları A.Ş. under the name JW Marriott Residences Marmara Sea, located in Block 9 of the Sea Pearl Ataköy Project (registered in the land registry under block 564, map 50, parcel 181), has expired. In accordance with the provisions of the rent agreements, the renting arrangement will continue for an additional 2 years under the same terms and conditions.

In addition to the aforementioned 27 residential units, it has been resolved to rent 10 additional residential units to our subsidiary Kuzu Otel İşletmeciliği ve Gayrimenkul Yatırımları A.Ş. under the name JW Marriott Residences Marmara Sea, under the same terms and conditions set forth in the existing rent agreements.

The rental fee will be calculated as 50% of the revenue generated from the use of each residential unit.
