oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Yönetim Kurulumuz tarafından; Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 31.10.2019 tarih ve 2019/12 sayılı kararı kapsamında kabul edilen ve 04.11.2019 tarihinde tescil edilerek 08.11.2019 tarih ve 9947 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde ilan edilen 31.10.2019 tarihli ve 2 sayılı Yönetim Kurulunun Temsil Yetkisinin Devrine İlişkin İç Yönerge'nin iptal edilerek yürürlükten kaldırılmasına, Yönetim Kurulunun temsil yetkisinin devrine ilişkin önceki iç yönergelerin yerine geçmek üzere, Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 367'nci, 370'inci ve 371'inci maddeleri ile Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi'nin "Yönetim Kurulu Toplantıları ve Şirketin Temsili" başlıklı 8'inci maddesine uygun olarak hazırlanan ekteki 17.10.2024 tarih ve 2024/2 sayılı Yönetim Kurulunun Temsil Yetkisinin Devrine İlişkin İç Yönerge'nin kabul edilmesine, karar verilmiştir. İç Yönerge 21 /10/2024 tarihinde İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil edilerek,  21/10/2024 tarih ve 11190 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir. By The Board of Directors; To cancel and abolish the Internal Directive dated 31.10.2019 and numbered 2 on the Delegation of the Representation Authority of the Board of Directors dated 31.10.2019 and numbered 2, which was adopted within the scope of the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company dated 31.10.2019 and numbered 2019/12 and registered on 04.11.2019 and announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 08.11.2019 and numbered 9947, To adopt the attached Internal Directive dated 17.10.2024 and numbered 2024/2 on the Delegation of Representation Authority of the Board of Directors, prepared in accordance with Articles 367, 370 and 371 of the Turkish Commercial Code and Article 8 of the Company's Articles of Association titled ‘Meetings of the Board of Directors and Representation of the Company' to replace the previous internal directives on the delegation of the Board of Directors' representation authority, decided. The Internal Directive was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 21/10/2024 and announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 21/10/2024 and numbered 11190. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this public disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
