Şirketimizin 19.08.2020 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında alınan karar gereğince; 600.000.000-TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, 100.000.000-TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin tamamı nakden karşılanmak sureti ile 300.000.000-TL ( % 300 oranında ) artırılarak 400.000.000-TL' ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin olarak hazırlanan ve onaylanması için 11.09.2020 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na sunulan izahnamenin, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 22.10.2020 tarih ve 66/1308 sayılı toplantısında onaylandığı, Kurul tarafından 23.10.2020 tarih ve E-10741 sayılı yazı ile tarafımıza bildirilmiştir.
