Şirketimizin 04.09.2023 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında alınan karar gereğince; 1.200.000.000-TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, 384.000.000-TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin tamamı nakden karşılanmak sureti ile 384.000.000-TL ( % 100 oranında ) artırılarak 768.000.000-TL' ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin olarak hazırlanan ve onaylanması için 05.10.2023 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na sunulan izahnamenin, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 18.01.2024 tarih ve 2024/04 sayılı toplantısında onaylandığı, Kurul tarafından 18.01.2024 tarih ve E-48349 sayılı yazı ile tarafımıza bildirilmiştir.
