Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulunca, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre hazırlanan finansal tablolar ve 2023 yılı kâr payı dağıtım tablosunda dağıtılabilir dönem kârının bulunmaması nedeniyle kâr payı dağıtımı yapılmamasına ve bu kapsamda hazırlanan "Kâr Dağıtım Tablosu"nun 23.07.2023 tarihinde yapılacak Olağan Genel Kurul onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
