11/03/2026 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu Kararı ile Lydia Holding A.Ş. yönetimi tarafından Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TFRS) esas alınarak hazırlanan ve Güreli Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik ve Bağımsız Denetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçirilen 1 Ocak 2025 – 31 Aralık 2025 hesap dönemine ilişkin finansal tablolar incelenmiş ve kabul edilmiştir.
Söz konusu finansal tablolar ile Şirketimizin Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) hükümlerine göre tutulan yasal kayıtlarına istinaden hazırlanan mali tablolarının incelenmesi sonucunda;
TFRS esas alınarak hazırlanan 1 Ocak 2025 – 31 Aralık 2025 hesap dönemine ilişkin finansal tablolara göre 385.930.858 TL tutarında ana ortaklığa ait net dönem kârı, VUK kayıtlarına göre ise 34.916.509,28 TL tutarında cari yıl dönem kârı oluştuğu tespit edilmiştir.
Şirketimizin öz kaynak yapısının güçlendirilmesi ve finansal yapısının korunması amacıyla, 2025 yılı hesap dönemine ilişkin kârın dağıtılmayarak şirket bünyesinde bırakılmasının Genel Kurul'a teklif edilmesine,
karar verilmiştir.
