At the meeting of our Board of Directors dated 27.03.2026, in line with the opinion of the Audit Committee and in accordance with the principles set forth under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Capital Markets Law No. 6362;

It has been resolved to appoint Any Partners Independent Audit Inc., located at Barbaros Mahallesi, Ihlamur Boulevard N 3 D:155, 34746 Ataşehir/İstanbul, as the independent audit firm to audit the financial reports of our Company for the fiscal period between 01.01.2026 – 31.12.2026 and to carry out other activities within the scope of the relevant legislation, and to submit this appointment to the approval of the General Assembly.
