Our subsidiary, "Enerji Teknolojileri Yazılım A.Ş.," established by our company Margün Enerji on December 10, 2021, operating to develop digital energy solutions, has undergone a name change. In line with its founding purpose, strategic investments have been made in B2B and B2C digital solutions for the energy sector, AI-based power plant management systems, and energy storage optimization software. Additionally, under the ENSOFT brand, a web-based and mobile application-supported "Energy Management Monitoring System" was developed, integrating data analytics, forecasting, and decision support functions, and this product has been commercialized. Currently, the company's activities have expanded beyond energy software alone to broader technology areas including energy efficiency consulting, carbon footprint calculations, digital twin applications, and IoT-based management systems. Accordingly, it was evaluated that the current company name did not sufficiently represent the scope of activities, and a decision was made to change the company name. At the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on July 30, 2025, it was unanimously resolved to change the company name to "Ensoft Teknoloji Geliştirme ve Arge Anonim Şirketi" (Ensoft Technology Development and R&D Joint Stock Company). Following the new title and expanding scope of activities, necessary procedures were initiated for the company to apply for R&D Center status at the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Industry and Technology. The General Assembly meeting including the name change was registered on July 31, 2025. The preliminary R&D Center application to the Ministry of Industry and Technology was submitted on August 7, 2025, and approval was obtained. Within this framework, considering the increasing customer requirements in the renewable energy sector, investor demands for energy efficiency, and inadequacies of existing monitoring systems, the project "Development of IoT-Based Photovoltaic (PV) Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance System" was prepared. The project aims to detect in real time the negative effects of environmental factors such as dust, dirt, temperature, and shading on panel efficiency; provide optimization with AI-based predictive maintenance algorithms; and develop a scalable, locally adaptable IoT-based PV monitoring solution. Planned activities include examining IoT-based PV monitoring systems and related standards, analyzing sensor types and communication protocols, developing hardware prototypes, conducting panel performance simulations and algorithm validation, and developing a cloud-based data collection and visualization platform along with a machine learning-based maintenance recommendation system. Innovative aspects of the project include real-time monitoring of solar panel efficiency losses with AI-based maintenance recommendations, dynamic optimization by combining environmental sensor and panel data, and aiming for a 10–15% increase in energy production and a 20% reduction in maintenance costs compared to existing systems. Expected outcomes include increased efficiency in photovoltaic energy production, strengthening national knowledge in IoT-based monitoring, enhanced university–industry collaboration, potential for patents and licensing revenues, wider adoption of renewable energy, and contribution to local production. The aforementioned project, prepared in line with the stated goals and scope, has been submitted as an R&D Project to the authorized institution. Respectfully submitted to the public and our investors., This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail. |
