Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası düzenlemeleri çerçevesinde hazırlanan ve Mitra Bağımsız Denetim Anonim Şirketi tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 2023 yılında net dönem kârının 300.121.994 TL olduğu, Vergi Usul Kanununa göre hazırlanan mali tablolarda ise 187.095.578 kâr gerçekleşmiştir. Yatırım döneminde olan Şirketin yatırımlarını ve nakit akışlarını optimize etmek amacıyla, kârın dağıtılmayarak Şirket bünyesinde tutulması, 2023 yılında ait net dönem karının dağıtılmayarak olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak ayrılmasına ve bu hususun Genel Kurulun onayına sunulmasına, Yönetim Kurulu oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
