Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Pursuant to the Company's dividend distribution policy and the Company's articles of association, it has been resolved to submit for the approval of the General Assembly that no dividend distribution be made since there is no distributable profit due to the fact that there is no distributable profit, although there is a profit in the financial statements for the year 2023, which has been calculated in accordance with the Capital Markets legislation and inflation accounting has been applied in the financial statements for the year 2023, but there is a prior year loss in our legal records for the year 2023, which are kept in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law, in an amount greater than the net profit for the period.
